Group Financial Controller

With more than 25 years of accounting, finance and business experience, CK has previously served as Group CFO of SGX-listed companies in various sectors. He started his career with Price Waterhouse as an auditor in 1995 after graduating from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, before moving to Citicorp Investment Bank and other corporates. He had executed a successful IPO for a Chinese company on Singapore Exchange in 2007, and served on the board of the listco from 2009 including as chair of Audit Committee for some years, before retiring in 2025. He is familiar with the regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices of public listed companies. CK holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, and a CFA charterholder since 2002.
