8th Summit Open and 22nd Summit Cup Golf Tournament 2017 begins

Media Release (Dhaka) 14 December 2017:Like past years, 8th Summit Open and 22nd Summit Cup Golf Tournament 2017 will be held at Kurmitola Golf Club (KGC), Dhaka Cantonment from 17 to 22 December 2017. More than seven hundred amateur and professional golfers will be participating in this tournament.

A total of fifteen lakh taka worth of prize will be distributed among the winners of professional tournament. Bangladesh Professional Golfers Association (BPGA) and Kurmitola Golf Club (KGC) will be managing the tournament while Summit Group is the title sponsor of the tournament.

The prize giving ceremony of the tournament will be held at 20th and 22nd December 2017. Lt Col Faruk Khan (Rtd), MP will be present as the Chief Guest of the 8th Summit Open on 20th December 2017. On the other hand, GOC of Army Training and Doctrine Command Lieutenant General Aziz Ahmed, BGBM, PGBM, psc, G+ will be present as the Chief Guest at the prize giving ceremony of 22nd Summit Cup Golf Tournament 2017 on 22nd December 2017.
