We forward herewith the un-audited Financial Statements of the Company for the nine-month period ended March 31,2020 as per Regulation 17(1) of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (Listing) Regulations, 2015, dated July 12,2015. Copies of the Statements have also been despatched to the Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) & Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (CSE).
