Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau appreciates initiatives of Summit

(Singapore) November 14, 2018: Yesterday at the reception of the High Commissioner of Canada Her Excellency Nancy Lynn McDonald’s residence in Singapore, Honourable Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau speaking with the Chairman of Summit Group Muhammed Aziz Khan appreciated Summit’s effort to bring LNG, a source of clean energy that will decarbonise power generation in Bangladesh. Mr Trudeau also praised Honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as a great leader of Bangladesh, developing countries and women.

Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau was in Singapore to attend the 33rd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit. The Minister of International Trade Diversification of Canada Jim Carr was also present among other dignitaries.
